Do You Do Small Projects?
If you reside in an area that I frequently serve, I can handle the job for you. My minimum installation price is $430, and this covers the total cost for up to six average-sized rectangular solar screens. Please contact us with your project details, including your address, to see if we can accommodate a minimum order project for you.
What Does Your Quantity Discounted Pricing Mean?
My discounted pricing system works off of quantity. I encourage homeowners to cover more windows by offering deep pricing breaks. It's no big deal for me to put up more screens while I am there rather than making additional trips. I also offer other discounts if you cover all the exterior glass of your home. Doing so looks much better, and it's a decision you won't regret. Leaving a window or two uncovered or covering all but some may be a decision you wish you had made differently. I say this because I've been doing this for 18 years, and it's something I often hear from people. People will say, "I wish I had done them all from the beginning".

I offer three pricing levels: 15% off, 20% off, and 25% off. Generally, if you have around 14 windows, you will qualify for a 20% discount, and if you have 22 or more windows, you will qualify for a 25% discount.

Do I Need To Be Present When You Come To Measure?
No, you don’t have to be home when we come to measure or install your solar screens.
I Don’t Know What Colors I Want, Or If I Want The 80 Percent Or 90 Percent Fabric?
Don’t worry. When we visit your home, we will leave behind a recommendation sheet that indicates our recommended fabric density for each window. We will recommend either 80 percent or 90 percent fabric for specific windows.

We will also include our recommended color combinations for your home on the same sheet, labeled in order of preference as No. 1, No. 2, and so forth. In addition, we will leave sample fabrics in each recommended color at your front door. We will also provide samples of framing in the recommended colors, along with both 80 and 90 densities, so you can see the difference firsthand.

You do not need to be home when we measure your windows or when we come by to install the screens.
Do You Work With Unusually Shaped Windows?
Yes, of course. Pricing for non-rectangular windows varies between $20 -$75 apiece.

Can You Help Me Determine Which Windows Need Screens?
Of course, we are happy to collaborate with you to identify the areas where our solar window screens can have the greatest impact. However, the final decision will be yours to make. You are most familiar with your home and know best the times when the sun is most intense.
Can Solar Screens Be Placed On A Door?
Absolutely! Pricing for doors that swing is the same price as for windows.

I do not recommend covering your front door. Aesthetically, covering the front door simply is not appealing. I am not a fan of putting a solar screen on the front door of a home. For the back and side doors, yes, I recommend covering those all day long.

We can create a new sliding door using our solar window screen fabric with a pocket for the door to slide behind. The cost for this installed product is $150 for the sliding door and $150 for the pocket. With the pocket and the sliding door, we can provide shading for your entire sliding door, making it the most efficient and effective door shading option. As a side note, I only install these sliding door systems along with a solar window screen order, not as a standalone project.
Where Can You Install Your Screens?
We work in the following areas: Austin, Pflugerville, Manor, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Hutto, Leander, Georgetown, Bee Caves, Lakeway, Buda, Manchaca, and Kyle.​
Can You Install Solar Screens On My Commercial Building?
Yes. Make sure if you do not own the building, you get proper permission to install solar window screens.

Do You Also Install Bug Screens?
Yes, we can also install bug and insect screens. Insect screens are designed to protect against bugs and fit within the window opening, but they do not cover the entire window. As an add-on to a solar screen order, each installed bug screen costs only $30.
